If there are circumstances which are beyond improvement, such as but not limited to, extreme scratches and deterioration in your vinyl, excessive distortion, hum, warping and/or loss of audio on your tape(s), we will inform you of the potential results. No processing is computer automated, all work involves manual time and labor. All dubbing is in real-time and our Compact Discs are burned at a reduced speed. Actual processing time may vary based on the sound quality of the original. We will however, guarantee that your audio will be restored with the best possible intentions and the utmost respect for the integrity of the recording. We accept PayPal. A deposit may be required on certain mail orders. Corporate accounts will be invoiced accordingly. We will provide an estimate on large orders if requested. The customer must be certain that any record, tape, compact or mini disc given to Clef Audio Services is in playable condition. Clef Audio Services will not be held legally or financially responsible for any damages to your media while it is in our possession. Copyright laws do apply. If you paid to own an album, cassette, mini-disc or compact disc containing speech and/or music that has been personally and/or commercially recorded, it is legal to duplicate or have duplicated, a single copy of the contents on an alternate media for personal use only. We assume the materials given to Clef Audio Services are your legal copies. Unless you own a commercial copyright, it is illegal to use your order for commercial purposes.
